Aminex has strategically farmed out a majority stake to ARA Petroleum Tanzania (APT), which now operates the block and funds the ongoing development programme, including the drilling of appraisal and development wells. This partnership aims to bring Ntorya into commercial production, unlocking substantial value for shareholders through a low-cost, capital-efficient development pathway.
