Indivior PLC is a global pharmaceutical company headquartered in the UK, specialising in the development and commercialisation of treatments for addiction and serious mental illnesses. Its primary focus is on addressing the global opioid crisis, with its flagship product being Sublocade (known as Brixadi in Europe and Australia), an injectable buprenorphine formulation for the treatment of moderate to severe opioid use disorder.

The company was spun out from Reckitt Benckiser in 2014. While historically reliant on its Suboxone Film product, which faced significant generic competition and patent litigation, Indivior is now diversifying its portfolio and pipeline. It aims to develop innovative solutions to improve patient outcomes in areas of high unmet medical need within addiction and related disorders, primarily serving the US market but with a growing international footprint.
